Collins obtained specialized postdoctoral education, training, and supervision in forensic psychology with a board certified forensic psychologist. She has professional experience conducting a wide range of forensic evaluations, including:Ĭompetency to proceed to sentencing, trial, deposition, revocation Collins has extensive experience consulting with colleagues, attorneys, and courts. She is a licensed psychologist in Wisconsin and Michigan and routinely testifies as an expert witness. She also maintains an independent private practice through which she receives referrals from courts, defense attorneys and prosecutors to conduct forensic mental health evaluations of juveniles and adults in Wisconsin and beyond. Collins manages a large, private forensic practice which provides an extensive array of forensic assessment and treatment services through its three divisions: WFU, Outpatient Competency Restoration Program and the Juvenile Competency Remediation Program. In that capacity, she provides administrative and clinical supervision to the private court clinic in contract with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) to conduct outpatient competency to stand trial evaluations for adult defendants throughout Wisconsin.
